Verizon to use Air Drones for cellular network coverage
Have you ever spend time with your kids flying a drone over the weekend?
I guess the man behind this idea would have.
Verizon is planning to use air drone to provide network coverage in US in case of emergency situations. This can work beyond just network coverage and help in gathering stats and inspection purposes This new initiative of verizon is called Airborne LTE Operations, or ALO and will soon become a reality.
