Will reducing your hours of sleep bring miracles to life?



Even the people with most effective time management will fall prey to loss of sleep once in a while. The reason may be anywhere between tight work schedule, a late night party or a unavoidable sleepless night with your cute baby. 

According to stats, A man spends one third of his life in sleeping.

There arises the question now. Can a man be more efficient by reducing his sleep?

The question is bit complicated and so is the answer. :)

The right answer is "Does it worth the hustle?".

Let's go step by step. In case of a baby, They are supposed to sleep at least 13-15 hours in a day. Sleep is important factor in a child growth. Same applies to you kids but the hours of sleep will go down as they grow.

There are famous people who works a lot day and night to reach a goal with 3-4 hours of sleep. They have been able to reach great heights. However they make sure that they reward themselves with enough sleep once in a while. There are people who have dominated their industry with all the hard work they put in without proper sleep. When you have a baby, you will end up spending sleepless nights. This is something unavoidable and helpful to establish a bond with your baby.

Whenever you set goals, Make sure that they do not collide with you sleep cycle. For instance, you are undertaking a fitness program and studying hard for a certification. You need to sleep at least 8 hours to recover your muscles injured during fitness program and you may have to spend sleepless nights as part of your learning process for certification. 

There are times when we will be chasing a dream and you may have to sacrifice some extra hours of sleep. They are worth the hustle as they are preparation for a safe future. Dreams that you get in your sleep are not dreams, The dream which will never let you sleep is a Real Dream.

To conclude, there are things worth while to sacrifice your sleep but everything has its limit.
