DigiLocker - Online document storage facility for Indian Citizens

DigiLocker is a key initiative under Digital India, the Government of India's flagship program aimed at transforming India into a digitally empowered society and knowledge economy. Targeted at the idea of paperless governance, DigiLocker is a platform for issuance and verification of documents & certificates in a digital way, thus eliminating the use of physical documents. 

DigiLocker lets you add your important docuiments such as driving license, RC book, PAN,PAssport,Ration CArd,Voter ID etc. Various government agencies are registered with DigiLocker as issuers and they can issue e-documents to citizens.

Every register user will get 10 MB space and this will be increased up to 10 GB in future.

How to use:

• Download Digilocker app from Google play store or Apple store
• Sign up with your mobile number (OTP - One time password will be sent to mobile for authentication)
• Sync your aadhaar number
• Upload documents
• eSign your documents
• Share Documents
