Picasa web albums shutting down

One of our oldest repository to save our images picasa webalbum is shutting by month of May 2016 as per Google blog.

The main reason for this change is to concentrate on only photo service. Google photos is another photo service provided by Google.

As per google blogs, all the photos in picasa will be available in google photos.





The picasa Web albums desktop application will be no longer supported by google after mid of march 2016.
