Eye protection mode in Windows 10



Our Eyes are exposed to a variety of light sources (Sun light, Lights in home,Electronic devices...). For all the night owls and the bedtime mobile phone users, The bright screen of all electronic devices emits blue light which on long time exposure is injurious to eyes and could disturb your sleep cycle.

Windows 10 comes with a feature to turn off this bluelight. Here are the steps to how to do it.

Click on Start --> Settings --> Systems--> Display --> Nightlight--> Off

  • Click  on Start button 

  • click on Settings




  • In the setting page, Click on System

In the System page, Click on Night light (On or Off) to turn off blue light
